You'll be able to watch each video class at a time that suits you; each video class lasts between 15 minutes to an hours, so that your deepening wisdom feels managable and you're able to digest all that you're learning.

Monday 23rd October, 7-8pm - The cascade of interventions (A judgement free space to explore how seemingly benign interventions & common practices in labour can impact your birth in a major way)

Thursday 26th October, 7-8pm - The 'fourth trimester' & Closing circle (Looking at this often overlooked part of your preparation to become parents - the time after baby is born, how we can make it nurturing, healthy and happy plus a ceremonial closing circle ending with a fear release meditation)
