✧ 60-Minute Luxury Pregnancy Massage – £65 (12 weeks onwards)
A 60 minute full-body indulgence tailored to the needs of your changing body. Includes back, neck, shoulders, legs, mini Indian head massage and a soothing mini facial using gentle, pregnancy-safe products.
You'll also have the opportunity after your massage to get yourself wrapped up in a warm, sumptuous dressing gown, have a cuppa and a natter with an experienced Doula (optional).
✧ 120-Minute Labour Bodywork Session - £85 (12 weeks onwards)
My signature Luxury Full Body Pregnancy Massage, plus 60 minutes of hands on biomechanics for birth preparation and bodywork movements from a biomechanics pro.
As well as doing the movements and techniques with you, I'll be teaching you how to continue the magic at home. Creates space for baby to move into an optimal position (maximising your chances of a smooth birth), relaxes muscles and ligaments, creates balance in the body and pelvis.
