Digital Pack

The Positively Pregnant Digital pack is ideal for those of you who perhaps cannot commit to the full 2 day Antenatal Hypnobirthing course, or who would prefer to read through the course in your own time. It is important to note that if you attend an 'in person' workshop, either virtually or in 'real life' (!) that you receive the digital pack as part of your course. 

The Pack includes: 

*A write up of the original in person course, broken down into bitesize chunks, and including 'homework' activities to really get you thinking about your birth preparation. It includes a Birth Partner section, and sections on creating your birth plan. 

*5 Original Hypnobirthing techniques to help you feel calm during pregnancy, and to help you manage the sensations in labour. 

*10 Original Hypnobirthing tracks to listen to - this includes both long relaxation tracks, and shorter audio versions of the Hypnobirthing techniques. 

*A digital folder of beautiful and empowering affirmations to either save to your phone, or to print out. 

*A package posted out to you full of beautiful learning materials to aid your Hypnobirthing journey. 

*A digital folder full of Evidence Based Birth factsheets on various pregnancy and birth related topics, so that you are able to think in depth and make informed decisions about your choices and birth plan.
