During the course of these 5 star rated, multi award-winning classes - as well as coming to deeply understand how your body works during birth, how you can help it do it's thing & navigate the maternity system to ensure you maximise your chances of having the birth you want - we also focus on how you want to FEEL during your pregnancy, birth, and in those first few weeks and months after your baby is born.
You'll leave feeling confident, calm and clear about the sort of birth you know you want - and most importantly - how to get there.
