Looking for regular pregnancy, birth and lifestyle tips, recipes, recommendations and hacks for a more nourished, holistic and happy life as a Mum? 

Join me, Jessica, a Mummy of 2, farmer's wife and home birth doula as I share snippets of my life, wisdom from my work and my wins and fails as I try to live a little more holistically. 

Although I enjoy getting 'back to basics' and living more ancestrally when it comes to ingredients, skincare and life... I am also undeniably bougie and LOVE to feel nourished, nurtured and just to generally romanticise life. I also shop in Aldi and happily let my kids eat sweets, packet croissants and cereal with way too many ingredients in it, in between the whole food, home cooked nutritious dinners.  

My way of Motherhood isn't about being 'Miss Perfect' and you wont be finding any 'eco preaching' in this newsletter.  (Nor will you find me recommending expensive rubbish because some company has asked me to review it...!)
