FREE Mind/ Body Connection in birth - Morpeth

Come join birth educator and Hypnobirthing specialist, Jessica Ord, for this one-off special pregnancy class all about the Mind/ Body Connection in pregnancy and birth. 

There's a saying - "Where the mind goes the body follows"... and this is certainly the case when it comes to our experience of birth. 

During this one hour FREE class, Jessica will be sharing with you how this phenomina works during labour, and more importantly what you can do about it, and even use this connection to your advantage - maximising your chances of a healthy, happy birth experience. 

The session will end with Jessica teaching you one of her most popular breathing techniques for labour, and a grounding guided relaxation. 

This class is completely free, and includes class handouts & drinks. Yoga mats and comfy cushions will be provided. Come dressed 'as you are'; this isn't a yoga class, so simply dress how you feel comfortable.
