Spread out across 2 days, and accessed via Zoom video link - this is a fully comprehensive antenatal and Hypnobirthing Workshop.
This interactive online course Includes:
A total of 5 hours of virtual - face-to-face video conferences with me (split into 3x1.5 hours), where we will run through everything we would do on an in person workshop - almost as though we are sat together in the Relaxation Room doing a workshop, only you're in the comfort of your own home!
Access to me throughout your pregnancy via Video call, Whatsapp and email. I am here for all of the couple's I work with for any questions, ideas or help they need and this includes you!
