JULY Group Hypnobirthing Course, Northumberland

Held at my brand new venue at our welcoming farm in rural Northumberland; the 'Relaxation Room' is a space for you to come and relax, unwind, prepare for your babyh's birth  and make new 'parent friends'. The space features a unique and rustic smithy kitchen especially for your use, complete with roaring fireplace (in the winter!) and farmhouse table for all of your 'tea break' needs. The relaxation room itself has been designed with. your comfort in mind, with a selection of squishy velvet chairs, birth balls and yoga mats for you to choose from.

If it's an especially warm summer day we also have use of a specially designed gazebo in the Farmhouse gardens, complete with comfy floor cushions, lanterns etc for you to feel comfortable and cool.  

During the course of these 5 star rated, multi award-winning classes - as well as coming to deeply understand how your body works during birth, how you can help it do it's thing & navigate the maternity system to ensure you maximise your chances of having the birth you want  -  we also  focus on how you want to FEEL during your pregnancy, birth, and in those first few weeks and months after your baby is born.

You'll leave feeling confident, calm and clear about the sort of birth you know you want - and most importantly - how to get there.

Group workshops are kept exclusively to no more than 4 couples, so that you get the care, attention and personalised service which is so important to your birth preparation. It also means that you KNOW you're going to be with a group of like minded couples.

Feel luxuriously nurtured over the course of 2 consecutive Sundays for two full days entirely dedicated to you, your partner and your baby. We leave no stone unturned so far as birth preparation goes - and you'll be able to approach birth feeling prepared, empowered and supported.

• 10 hours of contact time with Jessica across the course of 2 classes at Chatton Park Farmhouse; a luxurious and comfortable venue where you can rest, relax and feel at home.  (Sessions typically run from 10AM - 3:30pm, with a break for lunch & as many leg stretches as the group would like.
