And somewhere between the snack plates, school runs and bedtime stories, you can lose touch with the woman underneath it all - the one who still needs space to breathe, move and be cared for.
The Nourished Mama Retreat is your invitation to pause.

Who It’s For
This retreat is for you if:
• You feel tired in a way that sleep doesn’t fix
• You crave space, quiet and connection
• You give so much to others and rarely receive
• You want to slow down without guilt
You don’t need any experience with yoga, meditation or retreats.
You don’t need to come with a friend. You don’t need to be a certain kind of mum.
Whether your baby is tiny, your children are older, or you’re pregnant with your first, you are welcome here.

What the day feels like...
You arrive to warmth... Hot drinks in your hands... Soft music. No rushing and no expectations.
We’ll move through the day slowly and intentionally, with plenty of space to rest, reflect and simply be.
The day will gently unfold to include:
The Morning:
* A grounding welcome and opening circle
* Slow, mindful movement and guided meditation
* Guided journalling and reflection
The Afternoon:
* A nourishing two course lunch enjoyed together
* Time to rest, walk, journal or connect
*A deeply restorative 1 hour sound bath journey
* Gentle, guided relaxation
*A soft closing circle before returning home
There is nothing you need to prepare or perform.
Just come as you are, and allow yourself to be cared for.

A day designed to restore your body, soothe your mind and awaken your spirit:

Mindful Movement with Aly from 'The Mind Department' – slow, simple, grounding sequences to reconnect with your body. Suitable for absolute beginners!

Women’s Circle & Meditation with Jessica, a local Doula & Women's Wellbeing practitioner – reflection, journalling and guided rest in sacred space.

A 1 hour Sound Bath journey – a deeply relaxing journey through sound to restore balance and calm. Facilitated by the incredible Rachel from Life Holistic Therapies

Beautiful 2 course Nourishing Lunch – a beautiful, nourishing lunch made by the fabulous chefs at The Tempus. Lunch will be enjoyed together in The Orangery, located within The Tempus. Just a few steps away from our gorgeous Tipi.

A delicious coffee and tea station - freshly brewed, local coffee and teas - HOT, made for you, and on tap whenever you want!
